Kitchen Supervisor / Cook

This role is responsible for the Kitchen Management and delivery of food to all customers at East Grinstead Sports Club.

You will use your skills to deliver quality fresh food to the highest standards, whilst observing all Health and Safety Hygiene Regulations. In this hands-on position you will have responsibility for the daily operation of food production, ordering, and stock control, be in charge of the kitchen assistants and have the skills to create a delicious but simple Specials menu incorporating seasonal changes.

Food is provided for events and to club members on both a pre-ordered menu basis and an ad-hoc day to day basis and your menu and food production should allow for this.
