National Fitness Day 2016
We know that making that change can be a tough one and the thought of visiting your local leisure centre can be a daunting one.
National Fitness Day is on Wednesday 7th September; it is the day to celebrate the role physical activity plays across the UK.
We should all know the benefit regular exercise delivers including a healthier heart, increased wellbeing and a better quality of life. However, many of us find getting fit troubling. It becomes a challenge and it shouldn’t be – which is why we are supporting National Fitness Day 2016 which is facilitated by UK Active as a nationwide day to get everyone up and about.
