Welcome to East Grinstead Sports Club. Set within 33 acres we are a truly unique multi-sport and event complex offering a wide range of sport and leisure facilities. There are also over 200 free car parking spaces available.
OUR GYM
Our welcoming gym is spacious, equipped with a great selection of equipment and is cleaned at least every 60 minutes by our team. East Grinstead Sports Club is the perfect place to achieve your goals.
Privileged to be set in 33 acres of outstanding natural beauty, East Grinstead Sports Club can also meet all your group exercise needs, from boot camps outdoors through to our versatile 30 class studio programme.
INDOOR FACILITIES
SPORTS HALL
Felbridge Badminton Club is based on site utilising the four court badminton hall which is set on a sprung wooden floor. This can also be used for a wide range of sports including, 5-a-side football, indoor cricket nets, indoor hockey, basketball, volleyball and many more activities. Available for hire.
EXERCISE STUDIO
Working out in groups is motivational, sociable and really does get you in shape, whether it be pump, spin, step, zumba, dance, kettlercise or yoga. With our dance studio and classes we have something to suit everyone! Classes are available for all ages and abilities.
TABLE TENNIS
Table tennis is a cheap and accessible sport played by 2.4m people in the United Kingdom. There are several Table Tennis tables and various equipment for hire and a number of rooms available where they can be placed depending on the number of people wishing to play.
SQUASH & RACKETBALL COURTS
Dunnings Squash and Racketball Club are based on site and run from the three glass backed courts, with a viewing gallery, that were built in 2013. The club welcomes new members of all levels from beginners to county standard.
OUTDOOR FACILITIES
HOCKEY PITCH
East Grinstead Hockey Club are based on site and run their club using the very latest, international standard, water based all weather surface.
CRICKET PITCH
East Grinstead Cricket Club are based on site and have the highest level playing surface for a county club.
3G PITCH
Many local football clubs and academies use the very latest 3G playing surface which is available for anyone to hire.
NETBALL COURTS
CD Phoenix Netball Club are based on site where there are 9 outdoor netball courts which is the largest single site venue in the South East of England.
TENNIS COURTS
There are three high quality tarmac courts available for community hire. There is always good availability for hiring with these courts as no club is based here.

The Clubhouse and Bar is a relaxing area where anyone can come and enjoy a wide range of drinks and snacks including our home made tea and coffee.
Everyone is welcome to socialise in this community space designed for all ages. Spectators, participants and guests are able to use the free wifi and sport is available all day on the television. This area is the heart of the sports club and is where you will see the family friendly community environment at its best.
