Function Rooms at East Grinstead Sports Club

Here at East Grinstead Sports Club, we have a variety of function rooms and facilities, as well as an experienced team to facilitate all aspects of your special event.

The Lingfield Lounge

A spacious room with high, wooden-clad ceilings and a balcony with fine views across the outdoor facilities. Depending on the event, it can hold up to 200 people and has a well stocked bar, kitchen offering a wide range of tasty items, 2 big screens and lift access.

The Felbridge Room

Adjoining the sports hall, but with separate access as well, this ground floor room is a multi-purpose space for hosting training sessions, meetings and as an area for children’s parties; it can be set up for purpose, has a screen and can be decorated. It can accommodate up to 25 people.

Meeting Room

An ideal space for meetings, training, small gatherings located on the first floor and very close to the lingfield lounge. Can be set up according to needs, has a screen and can accommodate up to 30 people.

The Ashdown Room

A multi-purpose room, tucked away at the end of the building and also our spin studio! Great for larger meetings, AGM’s, training sessions, functions. It can be set up according to needs, has a screen and a separate bar and kitchen. Will comfortably hold 60 seated but up to 120 standing.
