Accessing the Gym
Get to know the team, the facilities, and the gym equipment better to make the most of your membership. The best way to do this is to book a Welcome Workout, enjoy the opportunity of having a Personal Plan created and access Plan Reviews to support your progress.
Our gym is large, spacious and has a great range of cardio and resistance equipment. We can provide you a personalised member journey tailored to suit you and your needs. Welcome Workout, Personal Plans, and on-going reviews are included in your membership to ensure you reach your goals.
Our Welcome Workout’s are your induction to our facilities. A member of the Fitness Team will introduce themselves and then take you through a welcome workout which will include general fitness and resistance machines to ensure you know how to use them safely.

This is an opportunity to discuss individual goals and needs with your trainer and tell them what you would like to achieve in more detail. You will finish the session with your bespoke training plan to keep you motivated, informed and on the right track.

To ensure you are enjoying your visits and maintaining your plan, you can arrange a review with a member of our fitness team every 10-12 weeks. Giving you time to enjoy your progress and feel the benefits of your previous plan, this session will enable us to update your goals, plan and keep you motivated.
