The resurfacing of our hockey pitch is well under way and progress has been fantastic.
The existing shock pad has now been removed, loaded and shipped to Southend, where it will begin its journey abroad to be recycled as part of our commitment to sustainability.
With the tarmac now prepared, everything is ready for the brand-new shock pad to be installed. Even better, the contractors are currently working ahead of schedule!
After serving the club brilliantly for the past 12 years, the pitch is receiving the upgrade it truly deserves. We can’t wait to share the finished result with our members and visitors.
